We are investigating the possibilities of installing a heat and cold storage system (WKO) to generate our own energy.
In addition to our expertise in the field of sustainability, we used our knowledge and experience for zoning addition. Together with architectural firm RAU and other parties, we conducted various studies in the context of complementing the zoning. We also assessed the financial feasibility of the plan.

There are already locations of De Leyhoeve in Tilburg and Groningen. Construction in Vught will start in Q4 2026. The project is a great boost for the Brabant village; both residents and neighbors will be able to enjoy the beautiful residential landscape from the first half of 2029.
