We are proud to be able to realize this project for P3 Logistic Parks in the Netherlands. The strong grid connection is an essential component and one of the most valuable assets in logistics real estate.

At the edge of the city of Haarlem, P3 Logistic Parks is developing a new urban logistics hub that will play an important role in the future of city distribution. With the rapid growth of e-commerce and increasing demand for efficient last-mile logistics, locations like this are becoming essential infrastructure for modern cities.

What makes this project particularly unique is the available high-capacity power connection, something increasingly rare in today’s market. This enables future occupiers to support the transition to electric transport and sustainable city logistics.
The development will provide approximately 26,000 sqm of logistics space, designed as a hybrid multi-user facility with capacity for up to five tenants. Targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+++ certification, the project will deliver a future-ready and energy-efficient logistics asset. Construction is being carried out by Heembouw, with completion scheduled for Q1 2027.

“This development marks another key step in our strategy to deliver high-quality and sustainable logistics assets in the Netherlands.”
