Finding the right office location in Antwerp
Rhenus Antwerp was looking for a new office location that not only works today but is also ready for the future. Volantess guided the entire selection process and conducted an extensive location analysis comparing multiple buildings based on functionality, accessibility, energy supply, parking options, and workplace layout. Based on this benchmark, Rhenus ultimately chose The Sage Antwerp in Berchem.
From tender to realization
Following the location selection, Volantess organized the entire tender process for the office fit-out. We prepared the tender dossier, supervised the bidding process, and contracted the executing parties on behalf of Rhenus. During the execution phase, we acted as the central link between the client, design team, and contractor, closely monitoring planning, budget, and quality.
Realization of a modern office environment of 1,740 m²
The project resulted in an efficient and contemporary office environment of approximately 1,740 m². The layout includes workspaces, meeting facilities, and common areas such as a canteen, fully tailored to the operational needs of Rhenus Belgium.
